Delivery Information
At Touchango K9 we have tried to keep the shipping rates very simple, so you know exactly what you are paying for before you checkout. We don’t make money from the shipping (in fact it costs us more for some), we would rather we had happy customers who felt they received a great service at a great price.
Of course we would be very happy to deliver your order to any of the shows we are attending free of charge. Please ask for details.
The rates are as follows for UK Mainland and Scotland. Shipping on International orders is automatically calculated at checkout up to 2Kg in weight. For larger International orders please contact us and we will arrange a shipping quote for you.
Delivery Rates UK
- For orders placed with a value of up to £50 the delivery charge will be £4.95.
- For orders placed with a value of above £50 and up to £75 the delivery charge will be £6.95.
- For orders placed with a value of over £75 your delivery will be FREE and we would like to thank you for your order !
There are exemptions to this - some TotoFit products for example are listed separately due to the weight of the products.
Delivery Times
In stock items will be dispatched within 7 working days of the date of order. We are often away at Dog Shows (particularly the weekends during the summer) but will always do our very best to get your order dispatched quickly.
We offer many different colour combinations with our Touchango Toys, so some items may be made to order for you.
