We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. Please see our simple returns, refunds and exchange policy below;
Please notify us within SEVEN days of the receipt of goods at email@example.com and let us know what you are returning and why, and if you would like to exchange or be refunded.
You must return the product to us within 28 days of the date of purchase unused, in it’s original packaging, with any labels still attached, free of any dog hair or dirt and otherwise in a condition suitable for us to sell the product as new. Unfortunately we are unable to refund for any item which has clearly been used.
For exchanges you will be charged by your original payment method if there is an increase in cost for the new article, or refunded if the difference is less. You will not be charged postage for the replacement article, however you are responsible for the postage on the item being returned.
If you have simply changed your mind then we will happily credit the item/s purchase price by your original payment method once we have received the returned item.
Unfortunately we will not be able to issue a refund for the postage charges for returning the items.
Please note we are unable to accept returns on any sale items (unless they are faulty) and any dog treats or other dog food products, intended for consumption.
