The Fine Print

SAFETY & COMMON SENSE:

We ask that you do as we say, not as we do – at least in the instance of the photo shoot – and please make sure your dogs wear a well-fitted harness when working on Toto Fit equipment.

We also suggest that you work on a non-slip cushioned surface such as a yoga or gym mat.

Your equipment should be stabilized, either propped against something or wedged so it does not roll—please look through our photos for examples of how to do this.

Do not allow your dogs to jump off of the Infinity pieces – assist them by holding their harness and encourage them to step down or walk off.

When beginning a K-9 Core Fitness program, keep in mind that these exercises are more tiring to your dog than you might think. Remember to watch for signs that your dog is fatiguing: wanting to sit or lay down, trying to get off of the equipment when they ordinarily don’t, picking up feet, shifting weight, things like that. It is good to allow for frequent breaks and keep the training to short periods initially. Working with a Certified Canine Fitness Trainer who can put together a core fitness program specific to your individual dog is always a recommendation.

Stuff Happens – be prepared by taking the safety precautions suggested above: harness, cushioned surface, controlled movement and always be within arm’s length ready to assist

WARNINGS, CAUTIONS, etc.:

All products are intended for use with dogs and as such certain precautions should be taken to maintain their integrity:

Do not over inflate. Inflate Infinity products ONLY to diameter size (85 cm, 70 cm, 50 cm, 30 cm).
Make sure dog’s nails are short with no sharp edges (dremeling is best).
Do not allow dogs to bite or chew equipment!!
Use equipment away from direct heat and on surfaces free of sharp objects that may puncture it.
Clean with water and mild soap. Do not use brushes or harsh chemicals.

Different manufacturing lots may have different shades of purple. The shade of purple is different for different products. Do not leave in direct sunlight or extreme temperatures for prolonged periods. Sunlight may fade the color, even through a window; extreme temperatures may affect material integrity.

All products are sold as Canine Fitness Equipment and therefore should not be used by humans.

The removable plugs in the inflatables are small pieces:

TotoFit 3-Year Product Warranty**

Starting in 2019, this replaces our 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, which is still in effect for products purchased through December 2018. This Warranty is being offered through TotoFit LLC.

When purchased from an authorized retailer*, all TotoFit products are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 3 years from the date of original purchase. If such a defect appears during the warranty period, we will replace your product with the same or an equivalent model, free of charge.

This warranty is non-transferable and does not cover cosmetic damage, wear and tear, damage resulting from dog teeth, damage resulting from abuse, misuse, or improper handling. The original product must be returned for warranty evaluation and shipping costs for the returned product are the responsibility of the owner.

**Warranty for Infinities is void if used with metal holders not built specifically to accomodate the dimensions of TotoFit products.
